A portrait portrayal of Christ praying in the Garden of Gethsemane (at the foot of the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem), where he was arrested shortly after the Last Supper (Matthew 26:36, Mark 14:32, Luke 22:38 and John 18:1). The anxious await is vivid in the illustration of Christ’s face.
