These two scenes " Road to the Calvary " and " Crucifixion " are not separated. At the first scene Christ is delivered to be crucified. In the second Christ is on the Cross. Next to the cross stands Virgin Mary, the two myrophoroi, Saint John the Evangelist and Saint Longinus. The wall-painting belongs to the "Passion Cycle" and is found on the upper zone of paintings in the Naos of the Enkleistra.

Christ stands in the center with His right hand blessing and healing the ear of Malchos cut by Peter. He holds a closed scroll in his left hand. Judas kisses Christ on the cheek and put both arms around His shoulders. Behind Him there is a group of soldiers who wear conical helmets. It is a scene from the "Passion Cycle". It is found on the upper zone of wall-paintings in the Naos of the Enkleistra.

Christ stands in the center with his right hand stretched out towards Pilate and his left hand holding a scroll. Christ wears a blue chamys and a purple garment. Pilate and his servant are placed in front of an aedicula. Pilate is seated on a stool trimmed with pearls and stretches both hands away from Christ. The servant holds in his left hand a white pan. The group on the left, consisted by soldiers and Jewish elders, is placed in front of a building. It is a scene of the "Passion Cycle". The wall - painting is found on the upper zone in the Naos of the Enkleistra.

Saint Theodosius the Cenobiarch is depicted holding a white cross in his right hand and in his left an inscribed scroll that urge monks to be humble, to repent of their sins and to put their faith in God above the love for their parents. It is a part of the wall - painting of the ascetic men that is found on the west wall of the Naos in the Enkleistra.
