Description
Christ is depicted approaching the Apostles and encouraging them to pray. In the upper left corner an angel appears in a cloud supporting Christ in his prayer. The scene belongs to the "Passion Cycle" and is found on the upper level of paintings in the Naos of the Enkleistra.
Ο Χριστός παρουσιάζεται να πλησιάζει τους Αποστόλους ενθαρρύνοντάς τους να προσεύχονται. Στην επάνω αριστερή γωνία, ένας άγγελος εμφανίζεται σε ένα σύννεφο στηρίζοντας τον Χριστό στην προσευχή Του. Η τοιχογραφία ανήκει στο θεματικό κύκλο "Τα Πάθη του Χριστού". Η τοιχογραφία βρίσκεται στην δεύτερη ζώνη στο Ναό της Εγκλείστρας.
