Saint Theodosius the Cenobiarch is depicted holding a white cross in his right hand and in his left an inscribed scroll that urge monks to be humble, to repent of their sins and to put their faith in God above the love for their parents. It is a part of the wall - painting of the ascetic men that is found on the west wall of the Naos in the Enkleistra.
Η τοιχογραφία παρουσιάζει τον Άγιο Θεοδόσιο τον Κοινοβιάρχη να κρατεί στο δεξί χέρι ένα άσπρο σταυρό και στο αριστερό ενα ενεπίγραφο ειλητάριο που προτρέπει τους μοναχούς να είναι ταπεινοί, υπάκουοι, να νηστεύουν, να προσεύχονται, να μετανοούν για τις αμαρτίες τους και να θέτουν την πίστη στο Θεό πάνω από την αγάπη για τους γονείς. H τοιχογραφία αποτελεί μέρος της σκηνής των Ασκητών που βρίσκεται στην πρώτη ζώνη του δυτικού τοίχου στον Ναό της Εγκλείστρας.
