Description

The World Cup is organised every four years by the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA). It is considered to be the most watched football tournament and the National teams of the countries which are members of the Federation which qualify by means of qualifying matches per continent, can participate, with the exception of the host country which qualifies immediately.
It is the leading football tournament that attracts many spectators, viewers and sponsors and was organized for the first time in Uruguay in 1930. Brazil has won 5 titles, followed by Germany and Italy with 4 titles. They are followed by Argentina, France, Uruguay with 2 tiles and England and Spain with 1 title.
In 2022 and for the first time in history, the last phase of the cup will be held in Qatar in which 32 teams will participate. The matches will start on the 21st of November 2022 and the grand finale will take place on the 18th of December 2022.
