Resi is the traditional Cypriot dish of wheat cooked in lamb broth as rice. This was offered to the guest together with other traditional dishes during the feast that followed the wedding ceremony.
Το ρέσιν είναι παραδοσιακό κυπριακό έδεσμα από σιτάρι μαγειρεμένο σε ζωμό κρέατος σαν πιλάφι. Το ρέσιν προσφερόταν στο γλέντι και το φαγοπότι που ακολουθούσε την τελετή του γάμου.
