This year marks the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Office of the Commissioner for the Electronic Communications and Postal Regulation (OCECPR), which operates as an Independent Service since its establishment in 2002.
The mission of the OCECPR is to promote the interests of consumers in terms of pricing, the availability of choice, the promotion of innovation and the development of the economy through the development of efficient competition, the control of the quality of services offered and the guarantee of the provision of a minimum set of Universal Services, both in the Electronic Communications market as well as in the Postal Services market.
