Description
The "fountanoua" in the Holy Monastery of Panagia Sfalangiotissas sign of the presence of life in the space of the previous centuries. The unique old fountain in the northern region of the municipality of St. Athanasios was declared a monument by the Department of Antiquities. It was restored in 2004 under the supervision and with a contribution of the same department and the municipality.
Η «φουντανούα» στην περιοχή της Ιεράς Μονής Παναγίας Σφαλαγγιώτισσας σημάδι από την παρουσία ζωής στον χώρο από τους προηγούμενους αιώνες. Η μοναδική παλιά βρύση στη βόρεια περιοχή του Δήμου Αγίου Αθανασίου που ανακηρύχθηκε σε Μνημείο από το Τμήμα Αρχαιοτήτων. Αναστηλώθηκε το 2004 υπό την επίβλεψη και με συνεισφορά του ιδίου τμήματος και του Δήμου.
