Ο Άγιος Ιωάννης ο Καλυβίτης φορεί μοναχικά ενδύματα και μανδύα, κρατεί Ευαγγέλιο και έχει ανοικτή την ελεύθερη παλάμη . Η τοιχογραφία βρίσκεται στο εσωρράχιο του δεύτερου τόξου της νότιας κιονοστιχίας του Καθολικού.
