Stanza E of the Akathist Hymn:
Virgin Mary meets Saint Elisabeth. Saint Elisabeth felt the Holy Spirit get into her and exclaimed to Virgin Mary that the child she is carrying inside her is the Lord and she is blessed. The wall - painting is located at the vault of the north aisle of the Katholikon, decorated with the 24 Stanzas of the Akathist hymn to the Virgin.

(ΕΧΟΥΣΑ ΘΕΟΔΟΧΟΝ Η ΠΑΡΘΕΝΟΣ ΤΗΝ ΜΗΤΡΑΝ ΑΝΕΔΡΑΜΕ ΠΡΟΣ ΤΗΝ ΕΛΙΣΑΒΕΤ).
Η Παναγία εγκυμονούσα τον Χριστό, συναντά την Αγία Ελισάβετ που την προσφωνεί ως μητέρα του Κυρίου και την ονομάζει ευλογημένη. Η τοιχογραφία βρίσκεται στην καμάρα του βορείου κλίτους του Καθολικού, η οποία είναι διακοσμημένη με τους 24 Οίκους του Ακάθιστου Ύμνου προς την Παναγία.
