The wall-painting of Saint Ephraim the Syrian represents him blessing with his right hand, while in his left holds an inscribed scroll. The wall-painting is found on the west wall of the Bema in the Enkleistra.
Η τοιχογραφία παρουσιάζει τον Αγίου Εφραίμ να ευλογεί με το δεξί χέρι , ενώ με το αριστερό κρατεί ενεπίγραφο ειλητάριο. Βρίσκεται στον δυτικό τοίχο του Ιερού Βήματος της Εγκλείστρας.
