For over half a century the Palestinian-Israeli conflict has dominated the policies and politics of an entire region of the Middle East. Wars and uprisings have cost the lives of many from both sides and the Palestinian people are still struggling to achieve their owl Independent State at peace with itself
and its neighbors. It is a travesty of justice and a waste of generations. It would be wise to remember the words of Mahatma Gandhi: " What difference does it make to the dead, the orphans and the homeless, whether the mad destruction is wrought under the name of totalitarianism, or the holy name of liberty or democracy".
