Description
In the spandrel above the entrance to the Enkleistra (Narthex), the Annunciation of the Virgin has survived in a good condition. On the left are depicted Saint Peter and Saint Gregory the Theologian and in the nearby niche Saint Gregory Bishop of Nyssa. On the right are depicted Saint Paul and Saint Savvas, while on the north wall we can see Saint Nicholas.
Στο τυφλό τόξο πάνω από την είσοδο στο Ναό της Εγκλείστρας σώζεται σε καλή κατάσταση ο Ευαγγελισμός της Θεοτόκου. Στα αριστερά της εισόδου σώζονται ο Άγιος Πέτρος και ο Άγιος Γρηγόριος ο Θεολόγος, ενώ στην νότια κόγχη διακρίνεται ο Άγιος Γρηγόριος ο Νύσσης. Δεξιά της εισόδου είναι ο Απόστολος Παύλος και ο Άγιος Σάββας, ενώ στο βόρειο τοίχο εικονίζεται ο Άγιος Νικόλαος.
