The marvelous mosaic floors of four Roman villas form the impressive epicenter of the finds in the archaeological park of Kato Paphos. They date from the 2nd to the 5th century AD. The villas belonged to noblemen and the mosaics are considered among the finest in the Eastern Mediterranean. They depict scenes from Greek mythology and are considered masterpieces of mosaic art.
