Monastery of Agia Napa
The imposing medieval monastery , dedicated to "Our Lady of the Forests" , stands in the middle of Agia Napa surrounded by a high wall enclosure. Its 16th century church is partially underground, carved into the rock.
Saint Heraklidios Nicosia, Cyprus
The monastery is located in Politiko village, 20 km from Nicosia . It was destroyed and rebuild several times . Today's buildings date back to 1773 when Archbishop Chrysanthos restored the church and the convent cells.
