The katholikon of the Monastery of Saint Neophytos was probably built in the beginning of the 16th century and belongs to the type of the barrel-vaulted, three-aisled, domed basilica.
Stairs to the Enkleistra
These stairs were build before 1900 A.D. The nearby Melissovounos hill provided the stones and in recent years wood carvers assembled the handrail going up. The stairs are dated before 1900 A.D, and the handrail in 1963 A.D.
