Είναι έργο του Κερκυραίου ζωγράφου Δημήτρη Άνθη, ο οποίος πέθανε στην Αθήνα το 1991. Ο Άνθης είναι πολύ γνωστός για τις εικόνες που ζωγράφισε και οι οποίες ως θέμα τους είχαν την Παναγία.
