Πρόκειται για τη συλλογή παλαιών αντικειμένων αγροτικής ζωής του Τμήματος Γεωργίας, ένα υλικό που καταγράφει την πορεία της γεωργίας στην Κύπρο, καθώς και διάφορες εκφάνσεις της Κυπριακής αγροτικής ζωής. Η συλλογή περιλαμβάνει πάνω από 1500 αντικείμενα από την προβιομηχανική κοινωνία της Κύπρου, που χρονολογούνται από το 18ο - 20ο αιώνα. Περιλαμβάνει επίσης και τα πρώτα μεγάλα γεωργικά μηχανήματα. Τα αντικείμενα είναι κατανεμημένα σε ενότητες, ανάλογα με τον κλάδο που εξυπηρετούν, αλλά και το υλικό κατασκευής τους. Κάποιες από τις ενότητες του μουσείου είναι αμπελουργία, αρτοποιία, κεραμική, ποιμενικά, υφαντική, οικιακά σκεύη, λιθοτεχνία, μεταλλουργία, ξυλογλυπτική, χαλκοτεχνία, εργαλεία κωμοδρόμου, πελεκάνου, στρατουρά. Προς το παρόν ο χώρος δεν είναι ανοικτός προς το κοινό, σημαντικό όμως βήμα για το ΜΚΥ, αποτελεί η συνεργασία με το ΤΕΠΑΚ και η ψηφιακή ανάδειξη των αντικειμένων αγροτικής ζωής, που συνδέονταν άρρηκτα με την επιβίωση των κατοίκων του νησιού.
