Η Αντωνία, παιδί πρόωρα διαζευγμένης οικογένειας, αναπόφευκτα βγήκε νωρίς στη βιοπάλη και εργάστηκε για δέκα περίπου χρόνια στη βιομηχανία REGIS. Στα 25 της χρόνια περίπου παντρεύτηκε τον ανάπηρο Νίκο από τα Σπήλια, του οποίου όμως κατάντησε νοσοκόμα λόγω των πολλών προβλημάτων υγείας του. Έζησε μαζί του για περίπου χρόνια μέχρι τον θάνατό του και στη συνέχεια περιέπεσε η ίδια σε σοβαρά προβλήματα υγείας που την κατέστησαν ανίκανη για εργασία και λήπτη επιδόματος για επιβίωση. Ήταν άτεκνη. Ο θάνατος τη βρήκε μόνη στο σπίτι. Το 1951 παντρεύτηκε τον Γιαννή (1923), γιο του Μιχάλη Στυλιανού Σουρμελή, άλλως Μουστακά, και της Κατερίνας Γιαννή Χριστοφή (της παλιάς οικογένειας των Σπηλιών-Λιβαδιού Βαλιαντή Παπαλοΐζου) με τον οποίο απέκτησαν έξι παιδιά [Μαρίνα, Μιχάλης, Κατερίνα, Λένια, Χαριτίνη, Άντρη], 13 εγγόνια [(Κούλα, Μαρίνα, Στέλλα, Μαρία), (Κλειώ, Γιάννης), (Γιάννης, Ευανθία), (Μαίρη, Άννα), (Μαρία, Βαγγέλης), (Γιώργος) και 15 δισέγγονα. Η Κυριακού σε όλη τη ζωή της στάθηκε ως μάνα και σύζυγος, φροντίζοντας με άφθονη αγάπη τα έξι παιδιά και τον φορτηγατζή σύζυγό της. Το 1946 η νεαρή Ευσταθία απέκτησε την Στέλλα με τον Χριστοδουλή Μ. Αλλαγιώτη και το 1949 παντρεύτηκε τον Αργυρό Κυριάκου Αντώνη «Πιττακόλα» της παλιάς οικογένειας Γιούφτη των Χανδριών, με τον οποίο απέκτησαν πέντε παιδιά [Αντρούλα, Γιαννή(+), Κυριάκο, Μαρία, Γιωργούλα]. Η Σταθού υπήρξε ταλαιπωρημένο στη ζωή άτομο, φροντίζοντας τα παιδιά και εκτελώντας τις γεωργικές ασχολίες της οικογένειας στην Κυπερούντα και στον Αϊ-Γιώρκη. Κατά καιρούς εργάστηκε εποχιακά σε συνεργεία συλλογής εσπεριδοειδών και σταφυλιών της Λεμεσού. Μαζί με τις Σταθού Δαρείου και Χαρίκλεια Χρ. Αλεξάνδρου ήταν οι τελευταίες κυράδες της Πάνω Γειτονιάς του 1910-1930. Τα τελευταία δύσκολα της χρόνια η Σταθού πέρασε στην Πάφο κοντά στην κόρη της.
