Οι μεγαλύτεροι σε ηλικία κάτοικοι του χωριού θυμούνται τα ερείπια των κελιών, το πέτρινο αυλάκι που διοχέτευε νερό από την βρύση «Αθκιές» στα περιβόλια της Μονής στο χώρο που είναι σήμερα το Κοιμητήριο.
